Our working principles
An identifiable purpose. Each engagement should address a real institutional task, with outputs that the people responsible can use.
Information that can be checked. Material claims should be supported by a source, a responsible person or a verifiable record. Unresolved information is recorded as unresolved.
Responsibilities agreed in advance. Delivery, client inputs, third-party involvement and approval authority belong in the scope of work.
Proportionate preparation. Documentation should reflect the institution and the task. Additional paperwork has little value unless it supports a necessary decision or an effective control.
Follow-through. Review should lead to an action, an accountable decision or a clear record of why no further action is required.
