Accessibility

We want people to be able to read IESG's information, understand the services described and contact the company using a route that works for them. Accessibility is relevant to the content, interaction and documents provided through iepx.org.

Scope of this information

This page concerns the company website and the working resources it provides. External websites, including platforms and official registers, are controlled by the organisations responsible for them and may have their own accessibility information.

Our approach

Our approach prioritises clear headings, meaningful links, readable text, sufficient contrast, keyboard interaction and properly labelled forms. Error messages identify the problem and the action needed to correct it.

Images conveying information need an appropriate text alternative. Information should not depend only on colour, a visual position or a pointer interaction. A confirmation must be understandable without relying on an animation or a transient visual cue.

Our accessibility aim is informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. A claim that the full site meets a particular conformance level requires evaluation of the implemented site; a design aim alone is not such a claim.

About WCAG

Reading and navigation

Use your browser's zoom and text controls as needed. Page headings identify the main subjects, and links are intended to describe their destination or action. The site map provides another route to the principal information.

Forms and contact routes

Forms identify required and optional information, explain unusual fields and provide messages for errors and receipt. You can also use the published email address appropriate to your enquiry.

If a form or security check prevents you from contacting us, email enquiries@iepx.org, or use privacy@iepx.org for a personal-information request. State the support or alternative communication you need.

Downloadable resources

The partnership brief is provided in plain-text Markdown. The evidence register and action plan are CSV files that can be opened in spreadsheet software or a text editor. They do not require a particular proprietary application.

If the supplied format is unsuitable, identify the file and the format or assistance needed. We will consider a practical alternative for the information concerned.

Practical resources

Report a difficulty

Email enquiries@iepx.org and include:

  • The page or resource concerned.
  • The task you were trying to complete.
  • What prevented or made it difficult to proceed.
  • The device, browser or assistive technology, if you wish to provide it.
  • A way to contact you and any preferred communication method.

Do not include sensitive personal or diagnostic information unless it is necessary to explain the support requested.

Review and follow-up

An accessibility report should be considered for the information and interaction affected. Where a remedy takes time, the response should address an appropriate alternative route to the content or service.

If you are dissatisfied with how a service concern has been handled, the complaints route is available. Accessibility feedback is used to identify practical improvements, rather than treated as consent for marketing.
