These terms concern your use of iepx.org. The website is operated by INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION SERVICES GROUP LTD, company number 17405433, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Questions can be sent to enquiries@iepx.org.
Purpose of website information
The site describes company services and provides general resources for institutional teams. Public material should be read in its stated context and alongside any linked official source relevant to a formal requirement or decision.
General guidance does not assess the circumstances of a particular institution. An application, appointment, contractual arrangement or independent approval requires the process and authority appropriate to it.
Service enquiries and agreements
Sending a form or email does not create a contract for services, grant platform membership or constitute an official certification application. A commissioned IESG service requires an accepted engagement identifying the relevant parties and scope.
Terms applying to that engagement are established in its written documentation. These website terms do not replace them.
Accuracy and currency
We aim to provide clear, accurate information. Institutional facts, external requirements and source pages can change. Check the relevant official record before relying on information about identity, authorisation, certification scope or status.
If you identify a material error in IESG content, provide the page address and supporting information through the company contact. We may correct, revise or withdraw public material as appropriate.
Intellectual property and working resources
IESG's original website content and resources are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view the material and use the downloadable working tools for the internal institutional purposes described with them.
Permission to adapt a tool does not include permission to misrepresent its source, remove a required source notice when sharing an adaptation externally or imply that IESG has approved a completed institutional record.
Third-party materials, standards, names and marks retain their own ownership and terms. Linking to an official document does not transfer the right to reproduce it or use the issuing body's certification mark.
External websites and separate services
Links help users reach a source, platform or relevant contact. The responsible organisation controls the external website and the terms applicable to its services. A link is not a guarantee that an external page will remain available or unchanged.
EducationB2B's platform rules and ICEQC's official procedures should be read at their own sources. IESG's role in an activity is described according to that activity and should not be extended by implication.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or submit information you are not entitled to disclose. Do not present another person's identity or institutional authority as your own.
Automated activity must respect applicable law and reasonable technical restrictions. Public access does not authorise collection of personal information for unrelated solicitation or reuse of protected material contrary to its terms.
Responsibility and legal rights
The site is provided for information and appropriate professional contact. Responsibility for a commissioned service is addressed in the applicable engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Mandatory rights that apply to a user remain unaffected. A statement about an independent body's activity is subject to that body's authority and applicable rules.
Changes to these terms
The current version applies to use of the website from its stated effective publication. A change to public terms does not by itself amend a separately accepted service agreement.
Applicable law and contact
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to a user. For a concern, first contact IESG using the appropriate route.
