Work with IESG

We welcome enquiries from organisations and professionals able to contribute defined expertise to institutional education services. A useful partnership begins with a clear account of the work each party can perform and the responsibilities it is prepared to accept.

Areas for cooperation

Relevant contributions can include institutional research, education operations, professional learning, language and document support, project coordination and specialist technical services.

An enquiry should identify a specific capability and the type of institutional task it supports. General claims of global access or an extensive network are less useful than a clear description of competence, resources and delivery arrangements.

Professional capability and responsibility

Prospective partners should be able to identify their legal or professional status, accountable contacts, relevant experience and the people who would carry out the work. Evidence should relate to the proposed role and be suitable for verification.

Any limitation affecting delivery should be disclosed. This includes territorial restrictions, competing responsibilities, use of subcontractors and permissions required to handle client material.

Locations, languages and scope

State where the work can be performed, the languages in which it can be delivered and whether the contribution is remote, local or both. Distinguish your own personnel and resources from those of independent contacts.

Where a proposed role involves regulated work or an external authorisation, identify the relevant basis and scope. An IESG cooperation arrangement does not extend a separate authority's permissions.

Information and review

The initial enquiry should provide the organisation or professional name, website where applicable, area of expertise and a concise description of the proposed contribution. We may seek further information or references to understand suitability for a particular task.

The review is connected to an actual delivery requirement. Submitting information does not establish approved-partner status, a minimum volume of work or permission to use IESG's name in public communications.

Contractual and client arrangements

Any accepted assignment needs an agreement identifying the parties, work, deliverables, fees, information handling, intellectual property and responsibility for review. The client relationship and authority to communicate on IESG's behalf must be explicit.

Additional contributors or subcontracting require the arrangement agreed for the work. A partner should not represent an introduction as authority to accept commitments for the company.

Conflicts, confidentiality and public identity

Disclose employment, advisory, commercial or personal interests that may affect a proposed assignment. Information received for one engagement must not be used to solicit unrelated work or to imply privileged access to an independent decision.

Use of company or third-party names, marks and authorisation descriptions requires an appropriate basis. This is particularly important for work connected with ICEQC: a delivery arrangement with IESG is not itself ICEQC authorisation.
