We use names, marks and status statements to identify the organisation and activity they actually describe. This policy covers IESG communications and references to independent organisations.
IESG's name and identity
International Education Services Group and IESG identify INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION SERVICES GROUP LTD on this website. Use of the company's name or visual identity by another party requires an appropriate agreement.
A contact, proposal or introduction does not authorise an organisation to announce an IESG partnership. Public descriptions of an accepted relationship follow the wording agreed for its actual scope.
Third-party names and marks
A reference to another organisation may identify a source, operating relationship or support route. It should not imply ownership, endorsement or a grant of authority beyond the relationship described.
Third-party marks remain subject to the issuing organisation's permission and conditions. Permission to link to a public page is not permission to reproduce a certification seal or alter its meaning.
Describing cooperation accurately
An operating provider, a client, a delivery contributor and an authorised support provider hold different roles. Our public descriptions identify the relevant role, including the specific work and responsibilities behind a partnership.
Where a relationship changes, affected public descriptions and downloadable materials need review. We distinguish historical relationships from current authorisation.
Learning records and institutional status
Attendance at a workshop or receipt of a completion record concerns the participation described. It does not, by itself, certify the participant's employer or grant professional authority from another body.
Likewise, platform membership and directory inclusion have their own meanings. They should not be combined into a broader institutional-quality claim unless an appropriate independent record supports that claim.
ICEQC authorisation and certification
Authorisation to support applicants and the certification of an education activity are separate records. Use the official partner service for support permissions and the certificate register for current certificate information.
A certificate claim should match the holder and activity recorded by ICEQC. Related entities, additional sites and wider programmes should not be added to the statement by implication.
Check public material before release
Identify the source of a status statement and the person responsible for checking it. Review the entity name, scope, date and context in every channel where the claim appears, including partner presentations and downloadable documents.
If a claim depends on current status, an old image or saved copy is insufficient by itself. The live official record should be consulted when the statement is made or materially updated.
Report misuse or request a correction
For misuse of IESG's name or an inaccurate company statement, email enquiries@iepx.org with the page or document, date observed and supporting information. Avoid circulating unnecessary personal data when reporting the matter.
For an issue within ICEQC's authority, use its official contact or complaint route. A company correction does not change an official record held by another body.
